What the Initial Visit Includes

The $200 initial psychiatric visit is designed for patients beginning care with GraceBridge Psychiatry PLLC. It allows time to review current concerns, symptom history, previous diagnoses, medical conditions, medications, substance use, sleep, functioning, and safety.

The provider may discuss diagnostic impressions, treatment options, medication when clinically appropriate, therapy recommendations, wellness guidance, medical follow-up, or additional evaluation.

The first appointment does not guarantee that every diagnostic question will be resolved immediately. Complex symptoms may require records, follow-up, laboratory work, or observation across time.

Payment covers the professional psychiatric service. It does not include medication, pharmacy costs, laboratory testing, therapy, emergency care, or services provided by another clinician.

What the Follow-Up Appointment Includes

The $150 follow-up appointment is for established patients receiving ongoing psychiatric care. Follow-up visits review whether the treatment plan is helping and whether any adjustment is needed.

The provider may assess symptom changes, medication response, adherence, side effects, mood, anxiety, sleep, attention, appetite, energy, functioning, and safety.

Some appointments involve a straightforward continuation of care. Others require medication adjustment, closer monitoring, therapy referral, or reconsideration of the diagnosis.

The fee covers the follow-up appointment itself and does not include outside services or medication costs.

Transparent Self-Pay Pricing

GraceBridge Psychiatry PLLC displays its self-pay fees so patients can understand the expected professional service charge before requesting an appointment.

Transparent pricing does not mean every possible healthcare expense is included. Pharmacy costs, laboratory work, therapy, primary care, specialist services, and emergency services may involve separate charges.

Patients should confirm payment timing, cancellation, rescheduling, receipt, and reimbursement-document policies before payment.

Fee information may change. The amount confirmed by the practice during scheduling should be treated as the current applicable fee.

Medication and Prescription Costs

The appointment fee does not include medication. Pharmacy prices vary according to medication, dose, pharmacy, discount program, and insurance status.

An appointment does not guarantee medication or a particular prescription. Prescribing depends on diagnosis, safety, medical history, previous treatment, current symptoms, and applicable requirements.

Controlled medications require additional clinical judgment and monitoring. Virtual access does not guarantee a controlled prescription.

Patients should never change or stop psychiatric medication without guidance from the prescribing clinician.

Laboratory Tests, Therapy, and Outside Services

Laboratory testing is separate from the appointment fee. Testing may be recommended when symptoms could be affected by physical health or when medication monitoring is needed.

Psychotherapy is also separate unless the practice specifically states otherwise. A provider may recommend cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, ERP, CBT-I, or another approach.

Primary care, urgent care, emergency services, hospital care, imaging, and specialist appointments are billed separately by the organization providing them.

Online psychiatry should remain coordinated with physical healthcare when medical concerns may affect psychiatric symptoms.

How to Request Care Before Online Payment Goes Live

You do not need to wait for Stripe integration to request an appointment. Use the appointment request form and provide accurate contact, location, and scheduling information.

The practice will review your request and provide current payment instructions. Do not send full card numbers, banking passwords, or other sensitive financial information through an ordinary website message.

Because telepsychiatry is tied to the patient’s physical location, confirm whether you will be in Arizona, Washington, or Texas during the appointment.

Once secure online payment links are active, the page can be updated with the appropriate payment buttons.
